Position Title : US IT RecruiterExperience : 0-1 YearsResponsibilities : - Be a part of the TA team with Accelerated Hiring Motto.- Handle a variety of job requirements from different clients.- Manage full-cycle Recruiting : source, screen, interview and onboard candidates- Sourcing candidates from Job Portal.- Evaluate candidate for the requirements on the basis of skills, functionality, domain, experience, qualifications- Must be able to screen, select or reject a candidate based on previous employment to assess communication skills, fitment issues, reason for change, negotiate salary etc.- Understanding the client requirements- Build and maintain excellent relationships with candidates and the hiring team.- Keep yourself updated about technologies of the Client requirements and knowledge of current IT trends.Required skills : - Must have solid communication skills.- Must be proactive and able to learn quickly.- Time management.- Should be able to multitask.
