Job description

Responsible for providing consulting services to the various clients, working alone or a part of the implementation team

Executes requirement discovery workshops and documents requirements gaps

Lead the functional design process for the product implementation

Collaborates with Technical Consultants and Analysts to ensure the deliverables and schedules are achieved

Liaise / lead with the test team and run the User Acceptance Test

Create training documents and deliver training

Responsible for project(s) financials including Development of financial plans

Actively participate in the Development of business and vendor relationships.

Focus on managed revenue targets as well as achieving quarterly or yearly sales objectives for new Business

Actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, providing input and guidance into the staffing process.

Lead business development initiatives to grow the Finance team and Federal practice

Manage resources and budget on client projects.

Participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process

Displays both breadth and depth of Knowledge regarding functional and technical issues

Displays leadership and business judgment in anticipating client / project needs and developing alternative solutions

Provide counseling / coaching, oversight, and support for delivery teams and staff
