Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position at Kothari International School, Panvel , for a Telecaller – Admissions . The Telecaller will play a key role in supporting the school’s admission and outreach initiatives by engaging with prospective parents and guardians.

Key responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to admission inquiries, sharing information about the school’s programs and facilities, and guiding families through the admission process. The role also involves maintaining communication records, following up with leads, scheduling campus visits, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all prospective families.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a pleasant and confident phone manner, and a passion for representing the school’s ethos and values.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach
  • Proficiency in telecalling, lead management, and customer engagement
  • Ability to handle inquiries professionally and provide accurate information about school programs
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills to manage multiple leads efficiently
  • Fluency in English and Hindi ;

knowledge of Marathi orother regional languages will be an advantage

  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM tools)
  • Prior experience in admissions, telecalling, or customer relationship roles preferred
