Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Acquire existing and potential new Sub-brokers, Franchisees, IFAs, and channel partners.
  • Handhold and support partners to ensure scale-up, retention, and transaction growth.
  • Drive the addition of new clients through strategic initiatives.
  • Deliver outstanding pre-sales and post-service support to partners and clients.
  • Identify business opportunities aligned with organizational objectives and work toward achieving them.

Who You Are :

  • Any Graduate.
  • Experience in Franchise Acquisition, preferably in stock broking.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven and dynamic environment.
