Key Responsibilities :
- Acquire existing and potential new Sub-brokers, Franchisees, IFAs, and channel partners.
- Handhold and support partners to ensure scale-up, retention, and transaction growth.
- Drive the addition of new clients through strategic initiatives.
- Deliver outstanding pre-sales and post-service support to partners and clients.
- Identify business opportunities aligned with organizational objectives and work toward achieving them.
Who You Are :
Any Graduate.Experience in Franchise Acquisition, preferably in stock broking.Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.Ability to work in a target-driven and dynamic environment.Skills Required
