Responsibilities :

Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and drive quality traffic to Finnovate's website.
Perform detailed keyword research and optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts to align with user intent.
Conduct technical SEO audits and collaborate with developers to resolve website issues such as page speed, crawl errors, and indexing problems.
Build and manage high-quality backlinks through ethical link-building strategies and partnerships.
Optimize Finnovate's local SEO presence, including managing Google My Business (GMB) profiles and improving local citations.
Track, analyze, and report on website performance, keyword rankings, and user behavior using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
Stay updated on the latest SEO trends and search engine algorithm updates, ensuring Finnovate remains competitive in the digital landscape.
Collaborate with content and marketing teams to create and promote SEO-friendly content.
Conduct competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and refine strategies for better impact.

Qualification

Skills :

Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO practices.

Hands-on experience with SEO tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.

Understanding of HTML, CSS, and website architecture is a plus.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a focus on results.

Passion for staying ahead of digital marketing trends and driving continuous improvement.

Years

Experience :

2-3 years in SEO with a proven track record of creating significant impact on website performance and organic growth.
