Job descriptionOwn the architecture and delivery of Salesforce modules such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, or Experience Cloud. Define data models, role hierarchies, automation workflows, and custom components. Review and validate LWC, Apex classes, API configurations, and integrations for best practices. Ensure platform governance, scalability, and performance optimization. Lead solution design involving integrations and handovers between Salesforce and Oracle Fusion Cloud. Work with Oracle functional teams to ensure seamless data flow between systems across modules like Finance, SCM, and CRM. Oversee the design and implementation of integration patterns including REST APIs, middleware flows, and data pipelines. Troubleshoot cross-platform issues and ensure architectural integrity across both platforms. Provide architectural oversight to developers, admin teams, and integration specialists. Conduct solution reviews, code reviews, and system walkthroughs to ensure compliance with architecture principles. Collaborate with PMs, business stakeholders, and functional teams to validate solution feasibility. Develop architectural documentation, integration diagrams, process flows, and technical design documents. Establish best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines for Salesforce solutions. Support change management and ensure adherence to SDLC, Agile, and DevOps practices. 13+ years in IT with strong enterprise architecture background. 7+ years of hands-on experience on the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud / CPQ / Custom apps). 5+ years of functional experience with Oracle platforms, especially Oracle Fusion Cloud modules. Proven experience designing and managing SalesforceOracle Fusion Cloud integrations. Strong understanding of APIs, middleware, integration patterns, and cloud architecture. Experience delivering large-scale enterprise CRM implementations. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect Track. Experience with middleware technologies (Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, OIC, Informatica, etc. Familiarity with DevOps and CI / CD tools for Salesforce (Copado, GitLab, Azure DevOps). Strong understanding of security standards, compliance, and data governance. Ability to work in Agile environments and lead cross-functional delivery teams

About the Role :
ESKO is seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, and governance of Salesforce solutions integrated with Oracle Fusion Cloud.
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem, enterprise architecture, and cross-platform integration, with hands-on experience in designing scalable and robust CRMERP integrations.
This role is pivotal in enabling end-to-end process automation, data consistency, and seamless business operations across the Salesforce and Oracle landscapes.

- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
- Design end-to-end solution blueprints combining Salesforce, Oracle Fusion Cloud, and 3rd-party systems.
- Lead architectural discussions, evaluate technical options, and provide direction to development teams.
- Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical designs.
