Job Summary

Product Planning and Strategy :

  • Assist in the development and execution of product strategies, including market analysis, competitive research, and customer insights.
  • Contribute to the creation of product roadmaps and prioritize features based on business objectives and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements and specifications.

Product Development :

  • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure the timely delivery of product features and enhancements.
  • Coordinate and track the progress of product development activities, addressing any issues or roadblocks.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback to iterate and improve the product.

    • Product Launch and Marketing :

  • Support the product launch process, including coordinating marketing and promotional activities.
  • Assist in creating product documentation, training materials, and other resources for internal teams and customers.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective product messaging and positioning.

    • Cross-Functional Collaboration :

  • Collaborate with design and user experience teams to create intuitive and visually appealing product interfaces.
  • Partner with customer support to address product-related inquiries and issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with sales teams to provide product knowledge, training, and support during sales cycles.

    • Product Performance Analysis :

  • Monitor product performance metrics, user feedback, and market trends to identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyze product usage data and conduct market research to identify opportunities for product growth and expansion.
  • Provide regular reports and presentations to stakeholders, summarizing product performance and key insights.
