Piping Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Piping Engineer to design, develop, and oversee piping systems for industrial and commercial projects. The role involves preparing layouts, performing stress analysis, selecting materials, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, familiarity with international codes, and experience working on multidisciplinary engineering projects.

• Develop piping layouts, isometric drawings, and material specifications.
• Perform pipe stress analysis using appropriate engineering software.
• Select materials and piping components based on design, service conditions, and standards.
• Support the preparation of P&IDs, 3D models, and general arrangement drawings.
• Coordinate with process, mechanical, civil, and instrumentation teams.
• Review vendor drawings and technical documents for compliance.
• Provide technical support during installation, testing, and commissioning of piping systems.
• Resolve field engineering issues and ensure adherence to design specifications.
• Conduct site inspections to verify quality and safety compliance.
• Ensure designs comply with ASME, ANSI, API, ISO, and other relevant standards.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and as-built drawings.
• Recommend cost-effective and efficient piping solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and design technologies.
