Job Description

Position : Patient Counselor / Telecaller

Qualification : BAMS / BHMS

Experience : 3–4 years (Healthcare counseling / telecalling preferred)

Key Responsibilities :

Handle patient counseling (inbound & outbound calls)

Guide patients regarding treatments, appointments, and procedures

Maintain proper communication with patients (no clinical work involved)

Ensure excellent customer experience

Requirements :

Strong communication skills (English, Hindi, Marathi preferred)

Confident in handling patient queries and counseling

8 hours duty

Male / female factor

Salary : Up to ₹40,000 per month
