• People over profit Responsibilities As a Senior Technical Consultant : You will learn the ins-and-outs of the Moveworks platform (on-the-job training) Work on new Moveworks implementations for customers (greenfield projects)Build AI agents on the Moveworks platform using Agent Studio (brownfield projects) Conduct technical analysis and workshops with customers to design the integrations for these AI agents Prepare Solution Design document for the AI agents and their supporting integrations Lead successful implementation of the AI agents & integrations by working closely with your team as well as key customer stakeholders (application admins and architects)Utilize your software development skills to enhance 89 Solutions’s product portfolioWork closely with international colleagues and customers (largely U.S. based)Have fun along the way! This is a great role to learn Moveworks - the leading enterprise Agentic AI platform - that is going to soon become part of the ServiceNow ecosystem.Your ServiceNow integrations experience will help you learn the Moveworks platform. Qualifications 5+ years of work experience on the ServiceNow platform with heavy focus on integrations. Integrations can either be for : a) IT Operations Management (ITOM) (Discovery, Service Mapping) OR b) custom / complex integrations with enterprise applications (e.G. SAP Ariba, SAP PeopleSoft, Oracle, Coupa, Concur, Workday, Intune / JAMF).Back-end software development experience in at least one programming language (Python, Java, C++, Golang)Experience with APIs and integrations Understanding of API technologies (REST, SOAP) and authentication mechanisms (e.G. OAuth2, JWT) Understanding of JSON & XML Experience using API tools like Postman or InsomniaBachelors or Masters in Computer Science or similar areasExcellent written and communication skillsGreat technical documentation skillsAnalytical thinker and good problem-solving skillsGeneral understanding of AI technologies and terminologies Bonus Points for Prior experience working in a consulting or professional services companyDevelopment experience on at least one cloud platform – AWS, Azure, Google Cloud (GCP)Experience building integrations with enterprise platforms like Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP suite, Coupa, Ariba, Oracle etc.Open-source software contributions or personal / hobby software projects
