Role Description

We are looking for an IT Support Executive / System Administrator to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to maintaining the firm’s digital and hardware infrastructure, ensuring seamless daily operations across all systems.

Job Description

Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to operating systems, applications, and hardware on desktops and laptops.

Manage and maintain networking and server systems (software and hardware).

Install, configure, and update software as required.

Perform regular data backups and ensure system reliability and security.

Provide support for MS Office and other essential software applications.

Work independently while collaborating effectively with the broader team.

Maintain clear communication and documentation of IT-related processes.

Desired Profile of the Candidate

Degree or Diploma in Computer Software & Hardware Operations.

Experience working in an architecture or interior design firm will be an advantage.

Prior experience managing server systems preferred.

Proficiency in networking, software installation, and system maintenance.

Strong communication skills (verbal and written).

Ability to work independently and take initiative.
