1. Accountable for ensuring Succession Pipeline is identified and developed for all key roles across Restaurants.
2. Ensuring development of Top Talent to Operations Consultant role along with developing and transitioning of new Restaurant Managers.
3. Coordinates classes and training sessions and measures the impact of training classes on the restaurant results through student evaluations.
4. Conducts training that motivates, builds competencies, and improves the individual's performance and contribution to restaurant results.
5. Responsible to ensure on time roll out of new product / initiatives in the market.
6. Communicates and provides feedback to restaurant management, regarding the success and opportunities for people development & People Processes
7. Sets Training standards to be adhered to by the restaurants. Owns and establishes training minimum and standards
8. Training Need Analysis for the Market and People GAP Analysis
9. Develops metrics / process to track adherence to training processes across stores to ensure standardisation.
10. Evaluate & Assess People Knowledge for Key restaurant roles in the Market
