Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to drive employee engagement and satisfaction
- Manage employee grievance redressal with empathy, fairness & timely resolution
- Provide advisory support to employees and leadership on HR policies and practices
- Build a positive workplace culture through proactive employee experience initiatives
- Work closely with operations & leadership teams for people-centric decisions
- Conduct employee connect programs, skip-level meetings, exit discussions, etc.
- Strong understanding of labor laws, compliance & disciplinary processes
