🚀 We’re Hiring : Senior Rust Developers | Full-Time | Remote (India, UK Shift)

📍 Location : Remote (India)

🕒 Shift Timing : UK Overlap (2 PM – 11 PM IST / 3 PM – 12 Midnight IST)

💼 Type : Full-Time

⭐ Experience : 7+ years total (3+ years in Rust)

We’re looking for Senior Rust Developers who thrive on solving complex challenges, love systems-level programming, and want to make a global impact.

🔍 What You’ll Do

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust applications using Rust
  • Contribute to system architecture & design decisions for large-scale platforms
  • Support backend services (Golang experience is a plus, but not mandatory)
  • Debug and resolve real-time, production-critical issues
  • Work closely with Product, DevOps, and Engineering teams
  • Perform code reviews and uphold high-quality engineering standards

✅ What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years of total development experience, with 3+ years in Rust
  • Strong, hands-on expertise in Rust programming (mandatory)
  • Exposure to Golang (preferred, not required)
  • Bonus : C / C++ experience , especially in systems-level programming
  • Proven experience with large-scale distributed systems
  • Strong knowledge of concurrency, memory management, and performance tuning
