Operations Manager

Job Description

• Perform tasks related to banking and financial transaction services, including open account, foreign exchange, and processing international remittances.
• Manage transaction quality and documentation accuracy. Ensure all transaction processing complies to RBI and international regulations.
• Participate in the establishment and optimization of banking service process.
• Assist in leading the operations team to ensure overall operational quality complies with both internal and external standards.
• Manage other projects and tasks as assigned by the management
