YOUR MISSIONS

As a Workday Integration Consultant , you will be involved in Workday implementation projects for our clients, with the following responsibilities :

Solution Implementation Project

  • Participate in implementation projects (configuration workshops, testing, go-live support, training for administrators and users) and write reports to ensure project follow-up.
  • Contribute to translating client requirements into deliverables, drafting documentation and presentations (design, application documentation, acceptance testing, training materials).
  • Configure modules to deliver a functional solution tailored to client needs and assess the impact of configurations on HR processes or modules within your area of expertise (Core HR, Payroll, Time Management, Talent).

    • Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy integrations using Workday Studio , Core Connectors , EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) , and Workday Web Services (SOAP / REST) .
  • Analyze client business requirements and translate them into robust integration designs.
  • Configure and manage inbound and outbound data flows , ensuring accuracy and compliance with security protocols.
  • Develop and maintain XSLT , XML , JSON , and JavaScript transformations to support complex data mapping.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Support data migration , system upgrades , and release management activities.
  • Work with functional teams to validate data and integration outputs during testing phases.
  • Document technical specifications, configurations, and procedures.
  • Stay current with Workday releases and identify opportunities to enhance integration efficiency and scalability.

    • YOUR PROFILE

  • You have in-depth knowledge of Web Services and programming languages such as XSLT, XML, and JavaScript .
  • You hold a Workday HCM and Integration certification .
  • You have a good command of English , allowing you to work effectively in an international context.
  • Ideally, you have experience working on international or multinational projects .
  • You demonstrate energy, rigor, listening and analytical skills , and a strong team spirit to thrive in an innovative and motivating project environment.
  • You are adaptable and have excellent communication skills .
