Role : Inside Sales Executive OR Direct Sales Executive

As an Inside or Direct Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by engaging with prospective customers, understanding their educational needs, and recommending the most suitable learning solutions offered by Infinity Learn.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Sales : Connect with potential customers through calls, meetings, and local outreach to convert leads into successful sales.
  • Consultative Selling : Understand the academic needs of students and parents and recommend tailored solutions to boost product adoption.
  • Revenue Growth : Strategize and execute plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage long-term engagement and referrals.
  • Negotiation & Closing : Handle objections effectively, negotiate pricing, and close deals successfully.
  • Home Conductions (for Direct Sales) : Conduct home visits to engage with leads in person and demonstrate the product effectively.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems (preferred)

  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • Inside Sales : Minimum 2 years of overall sales experience, with at least 1 year in the EdTech industry (preferably in K–12 or test prep)
  • Direct Sales : Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for sales are welcome to apply
  • Work Conditions

  • 6-day work week (Monday fixed off)
  • Must own a laptop / device for work-related tasks
