Traya was created with a global vision to create awareness around hair loss, de-stigmatise it while empathizing with the customers that it has an emotional and psychological impact. Most importantly, to combine 3 different sciences (Ayurveda, Allopathy and Nutrition) to create the perfect holistic solution for hair loss patients.

Position Summary :
The LM Executive at Traya Health will play a key role in ensuring smooth courier operations, efficient order fulfilment, and seamless coordination across multiple warehouses. The role focuses on operational excellence and effective collaboration with courier partners to ensure customer satisfaction and timely deliveries.
Key Responsibilities :
Coordinate with courier partners (Shiprocket, Delhivery, Bluedart, etc.) to ensure timely pickups, shipments, and delivery performance.
Track shipments and proactively resolve delays, misroutes, or lost-in-transit cases.
Handle daily logistics escalations and maintain communication between warehouse, customer support, and courier teams.
Reconcile COD and prepaid order discrepancies with courier and finance teams.
Identify patterns in returns and provide data-backed recommendations for reduction.
Key Skills :
Proficiency in ERP / OMS tools (Unicommerce, etc.) and Google Sheets.
Strong Excel and reporting skills.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving mindset and data-driven approach to improving operational efficiency.
Ability to handle operational escalations with a calm, solution-oriented approach.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Operations, Commerce, or a related field.
1–3 years of Experience working with courier and aggregators.
Knowledge of reverse logistics and courier management.

Operational TAT for escalations
Work Environment :
Full-time position with standard office hours (Monday to Saturday).
This is a fast-paced role that requires multitasking and meeting performance targets.
