Reports To : National Product Head – Air & Ocean

Team Size : 4–5 Direct Reports | ~150 Overall

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced logistics professional to lead the Air & Ocean Freight operations for the Western Region. The incumbent will be responsible for driving the business’s P&L, ensuring operational excellence, and leading a large cross-functional team to achieve sustainable growth across air exports, imports, and cross-trade lanes.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage end-to-end Air & Ocean freight operations for the western region.
• Drive profitability and P&L performance, ensuring revenue and margin targets are achieved.
• Collaborate with sales, pricing, and global operations teams to deliver seamless customer solutions.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate regional teams to ensure high operational performance and service quality.
• Implement process improvements, digital tools, and cost-optimization strategies to enhance efficiency.
• Manage relationships with customers, carriers, and vendors to support business growth.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, ISO standards, and all statutory / trade compliance requirements.
• Provide data-driven insights through MIS reports, KPIs, and performance dashboards.
