Position : Service Coordinator

Job Responsibilities :

• Handle customer calls during emergency situations, providing immediate and considerate support.
• Arrange for nearby technicians or towing vehicles to assist customers.
• Coordinate with service teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests.
• Communicate effectively with customers in a minimum of three languages, including Malayalam and English.
• Work in various shifts to provide 24 / 7 support. Qualifications :
• Proficiency in Malayalam and English;

ability to communicate in at least one more language.
