We are now looking for an ORM (Online Reputation Management) Intern to help manage and improve client brand reputation online. This role is ideal for freshers eager to start their digital marketing journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to online reviews, comments, and social media feedback in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist ORM executives in implementing strategies to enhance client brand perception across platforms.
• Track, document, and report online reputation metrics using dashboards, analytics tools, and reporting templates.
• Support the creation of positive content and campaigns to strengthen brand image.
