Job Overview :

We are looking for a Motion Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be a passionate and detail-oriented graphic designer with strong video editing skills, capable of creating compelling visual narratives. You will be responsible for designing engaging graphics and producing high-quality video content for a variety of digital platforms, from social media to websites. Your expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) will play a pivotal role in bringing our creative vision to life.

Key Responsibilities :

• Graphic Design :
• Design visually striking graphics for use across digital platforms, including social media, websites, email campaigns, and advertisements.
• Develop creative concepts and design layouts, infographics, promotional banners, and other visual content that aligns with branding strategies.
• Ensure all designs are on-brand, high-quality, and optimized for various platforms.
• Video Editing & Motion Graphics :
• Edit and produce high-quality videos for diverse digital platforms including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Create and integrate motion graphics, animations, and visual effects to enhance storytelling and user engagement.
• Work on video projects from conception to final delivery, ensuring that all videos meet brand guidelines and objectives.
• Design and animate short-form videos, explainer videos, and video ads.
• Enhance video content with sound design, voiceovers, and music, ensuring audio-visual harmony.
• Collaboration & Strategy :
• Work closely with the creative team, content managers, and marketing team to understand project requirements and develop compelling visual concepts.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute innovative ideas for creative campaigns.
• Incorporate feedback from clients and stakeholders to refine designs and videos, ensuring the final product aligns with project goals.
• Quality Assurance :
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail while working with design and video assets.
• Ensure all content adheres to industry best practices in terms of aesthetics, branding, and technical quality.
• Stay current on design and video production trends to keep content fresh and innovative.
