Job description

The Key Responsibilities Of a Product Consultant Are To

  • Work on NetReveal product configuration and adaptation to meet client requirements.
  • Work within and / or (depending on experience) leading a team on projects to deploy and integrate our enterprise solutions within blue chip clients, working in our offices or at times working on site (within Europe) with client teams.
  • Consulting with and capturing and documenting their requirements.
  • Analysing and designing solutions based upon the NetReveal product suite to meet client requirements.
  • Configuring and adapting settings, screens, workflow and permissions to meet the design agreed with the client.
  • Demonstrating the solution and capturing feedback.
  • Testing and deploying software onto client sites.
  • Adhere to and enhance software development approaches and methodologies.
  • Deliver high quality work to meet client expectations and project deadlines.
  • Maintain performance when under stress and manage time effectively through the application of organizational and planning skills.
  • Managing and developing graduates and junior members of staff.
  • Transferring skills to end clients' compliance investigators, fraud analysts and technical staff.

Skills

  • Experience of the software development lifecycle in a software vendor company or systems integration firm.
  • Experience of Agile methodologies
  • Experience in technical or business role working within technology or business consulting.
  • Degree in a STEM subject or one that has a significant technical content or equivalent professional experience.
  • Knowledge of SQL and experience of relational databases such as Oracle, DB2, SQL Server.
  • Knowledge of Data analysis and ETL tools
  • Knowledge of XML or other mark-up languages.
  • Workflow and user interface configuration
  • Confident presenting complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Passion for analysis and problem solving.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and experience of team working.
  • Documenting software configuration and design.
  • A flexible approach to solving client problems and a commitment to high quality deliverables.
  • Experience in working with MS Office ( Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio ).
  • Knowledge of technical standards on financial markets : financial messages - SWIFT, SEPA, ISO 20022.
  • Knowledge of financial and insurance markets : payment types, origination and settlement, card transactions, policies, claims, underwriting.
  • Knowledge of fraud detection, financial crime compliance products and analytical toolsets such as SAS, NICE Actimize, Palantir.
  • UX Design and Information Architecture.
  • ACAMS or ICA qualifications.
