Job Title : TCOE and ERP Solution Lead

Location : Bangalore, Karnataka

Key Responsibilities :

Drive Delivery of TCOE and ERP Initiatives and programs partnering with Engineering lead and service owners.

Create Modernization roadmaps and track it for execution across cloud initiatives, Gen AI capabilities, Automation and Agentic AI solutions.

Drive Innovation themes and outcomes partnering with Technology vendors and drive tangible growth in innovation activities in the INDIA center.

Manage Project estimation and Budget planning and tracking for different services, and connect with Finance for periodic reporting.

Partner closely with INDIA Business and Technology leaders to offer joint GTM solutions maximising the capabilities within ERP and TCOE.

Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and methodologies.

Monitor and report on the TCOE and ERP performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Qualifications :

15+ experience in consulting / captive centers with proven ability in leading and driving large transformation programs

Proven capability incubating teams around new technologies like Automation, AI Assistants, Cloud modernisation, etc

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
