Software Engineer - Enterprise Identity Services

Autodesk is expanding its Enterprise Identity Services (ESE) organization, and we’re looking for a dynamic Software Engineer - Enterprise Identity Services to help design, develop, and enhance our modern identity platform. If you’re passionate about IAM, DevOps, cloud technologies, and SailPoint , this is an exciting opportunity to work on high-impact global systems.

What You’ll Do

Contribute to architecting and building large-scale IAM solutions (SailPoint IIQ / IdentityNow).

Work on contextual access management and IAM product strategy.

Build, integrate, and support IAM solutions across 100+ enterprise applications.

Develop and enhance IAM workflows, custom connectors, APIs, and automation.

Collaborate with security, engineering, and enterprise system teams.

Troubleshoot complex identity issues and drive root-cause analysis.

Participate in Agile teams, implement new features, and resolve defects.

Minimum Qualifications

2+ years IT experience , with 1+ year in SailPoint IIQ / IdentityNow & Microsoft Entra ID .

Strong understanding of SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC & modern auth standards.

Experience building IAM integrations : SCIM, REST, AD, JDBC, Workday, ServiceNow etc.

Hands-on skills in :

Core Java , JavaScript, Python, Node.js, HTML / CSS

Shell scripting , Microservices, REST APIs

Experience with AWS or Azure , on-prem + cloud IAM environments.

Understanding of RBAC, SoD, Identity lifecycle, entitlements .

Exposure to DevOps tools : GitHub, Jenkins, Docker, CI / CD pipelines.

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in CS / IT or related field

Experience with Okta, Azure AD, Ping

Cloud experience : AWS / Azure / GCP

Strong analytical and communication skills
