Must-Have skills :

10+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, with at least 8+ years in Observability, Monitoring, or SRE roles.

Strong expertise in Kubernetes and containerized environments.

Hands-on experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, Dynatrace).

Experience with distributed tracing tools (Jaeger, OpenTelemetry).

Proficiency in Python or Go for automation and scripting.

Experience with logging tools (Splunk, ELK Stack, Fluentd, Loki).

Strong understanding of metrics, logging, and tracing concepts.

Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and experience integrating observability solutions in cloud-native environments.

Familiarity with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL).

Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Helm.
