JOB DESCRIPTION : Technical Skills

• Integration experience (e.g., API, file-based, event-driven, EDI)
• Hands-on knowledge of iPaaS platforms provided by Workato and Boomi
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Experience with protocols such as REST, SOAP, AS2, SFTP, FTP, HTTP / S
• Understanding of data formats : XML, JSON, EDIFACT, X12, CSV
• Knowledge of error handling, retries, and logging best practices Problem-Solving Analysis
• Strong analytical mindset and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to debug integration flows and quickly identify root causes
• Experience with performance tuning and monitoring of integration services Soft Skills Collaboration
• Strong communication skills — able to work with both business and technical stakeholders
• Proven ability to collaborate across functions (e.g., with architects, developers, support teams)
• Customer-focused approach to solving integration issues
• Comfortable working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban) Documentation Process
• Skilled in creating technical documentation such as architecture diagrams, flowcharts, and configuration guides
• Familiarity with change management and release processes
• Support platform onboarding into Volvo.
• Help with verification validation : o Security model (auth, API gateway, IP whitelisting, protocols). o Commercial understanding (message volume, scaling, entitlements). o Service offerings (MCS, DR setup, SLA coverage, governance).
• Act as a bridge between technical platform setup and business unit enablement.
