Responsibilities :

• Act as a proactive problem-solver by continuously analyzing data to identify emerging business challenges and opportunities across customer segments, markets, and products
• Analyze every stage of the customer journey from acquisition to engagement, retention, and monetization to identify points of friction and design strategies to improve funnel performance
• Design and evaluate A / B experiments to validate hypotheses and support product or growth decisions. Partner with relevant teams to ensure experiments are run with scientific rigor and deliver meaningful results
• Continuously look for ways to improve analytics processes and enhance tools and infrastructure, make data more accessible, and streamline reporting for better efficiency and impact
• Drive regular business review with stakeholder, contribute to strategy planning
