Senior Academy Manager

Hi,

We at Cipla, are looking for Senior Academy Training Manager at our Mumbai Central location.

This will be for our Respiratory / Diabetes team.

Roles and Responsibilities :

Conducted induction training programs for new joiners which includes medical, product as well as selling skills

Train MRs, ABMs, RBMs & prepare them for the field.

Provide them On the Job Training on field.

Conducted comprehensive training needs assessments across various departments, collaborating with department heads and stakeholders to identify skill gaps and future requirements

Induction to new joinees by imparting them medical knowledge & brand knowledge .

Education - Any Post Graduation

Years of Experience : 8+ years , minimum 3years of Training experience
