About the Role :
NAYAN is hiring a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Controller to manage our day-to-day financial operations and help drive cost efficiency across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who combines operational rigor with data-driven thinking, and is excited to work closely with leadership to guide smart financial decisions.
Responsibilities :
Primary Focus : ROI Maintenance. Drive and sustain the return on investment for all marketing expenditures and campaigns.
Develop B2B strategies focused on quantifiable ROI, lead generation, and brand authority.
Analyze performance data (ROI, CPA, LTV) to guide budget allocation and investment.
Consult C-Suite executives on market positioning, messaging, and growth strategy.
Define and track KPIs; execute data-driven optimization and A / B testing.
Lead content strategy and secure high-value thought leadership placement.
Conduct deep market research and detailed competitive analysis.
Ensure Sales-Marketing alignment to guarantee high-quality lead delivery.
Manage strategic media relations and oversee spokesperson training / briefing.
Requirements :
This is an hourly Consulting position.
5+ years in B2B Marketing, Strategic Consulting, or Corporate PR.
Expertise in Marketing Analytics & advanced statistical data interpretation.
Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Marketing, Business, Analytics).
C-Suite Communication : Proven ability to present and persuade at the executive level.
Deep understanding of B2B sales cycles and complex buying dynamics.
Strong background in PR strategy and strategic media relations.
Proficiency in Marketing Automation & CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
Exceptional Project Management skills, managing multiple complex projects.
