Sales Recruiter

Hiring : US Bench Sales Recruiter (3–5 Years Experience)

Location : Uppal, Telangana (Work from Office)

Key Responsibilities :

Market OPT, CPT, H1B, GC, and USC consultants across multiple technologies.

Work directly with clients and Tier-1 vendors to generate new opportunities.

Handle the complete bench sales cycle — from lead generation to successful placement.

Build and maintain strong vendor and client relationships .

Manage daily submissions, interviews, and closures efficiently.

Negotiate rates and finalize contract terms with vendors and clients.

Required Skills & Experience :

3–5 years of experience in US Bench Sales Recruiting (mandatory).

In-depth understanding of US tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C) and employment types.

Proven track record of consistent closures and performance.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills .

Ability to work independently and meet target-based goals .
