Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Executive to join our team at Scholarlify’s corporate office in Vashi, Navi Mumbai. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or professionals with up to 2 years of experience who are keen to build a career in finance within a fast-growing social impact startup.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting records.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including vendor invoicing and client billing.
• Prepare and process invoices, payment runs, and vendor follow-ups.
• Handle bank reconciliation and maintain cashbooks.
• Assist in payroll coordination and related statutory deductions.
• Support monthly / month-end closing activities and basic financial reporting.
• Assist with GST filings, TDS computations, and other statutory compliance support.
• Prepare expense reports, maintain petty cash, and track reimbursements.
• Support budgeting, cost tracking, and financial plan inputs for programs.
• Liaise with auditors and support audit documentation.
• Maintain accurate financial records and filing (digital & physical).
