About the Role :

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to translate concepts into visually appealing designs that align with our brand and business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

Conceptualize and design graphics for digital, print, social media, and marketing campaigns

Create engaging visuals for websites, ads, presentations, and brand materials

Collaborate with the marketing, product, and content teams to deliver consistent brand communication

Lead design projects end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery with high quality

Mentor junior designers and review their work for brand alignment

Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the team

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree / diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field

5+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a senior / lead role

Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design work (digital + print)

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.) and other design tools (Figma, Canva, etc.)

Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects

Excellent communication and collaboration skills
