Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver engaging lectures and hands-on demonstrations in OBG Nursing .
• Supervise clinical postings in labor wards, antenatal / postnatal units , and OBG OPDs .
• Prepare lesson plans, assessments, and clinical modules aligned with INC standards .
• Mentor students in maternal health, gynecological care, and neonatal nursing .
• Conduct case study discussions , research projects , and viva sessions .
• Guide students in simulation labs and real-time labor room scenarios.
• Ensure adherence to patient safety, clinical hygiene , and ethical guidelines.
• Participate in academic audits, faculty meetings, and student counseling sessions.
