About the New BU-MVP Engineering Division :

We&aposre launching a new MVP Engineering Division which will focus on converting cutting-edge research into working MVPs (Minimum Viable Products) within 34 months. This agile, startup-style unit will deliver real-world impact through rapid prototyping and iteration.

Role : Senior Manager- MVP Development (AI & Emerging Tech)

Location : Bangalore, India

What Youll Do :

• Build and lead a cross-functional MVP team (engineers, PMs, designers).
• Drive 3–4 month MVP cycles from concept to delivery.
• Translate research prototypes into scalable, testable solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, especially in AI / ML and emerging tech.
• Collaborate with US-based teams for planning, feedback, and delivery.
