Meta Ads Specialist

CodeAce IT Solutions is hiring a Meta Ads Specialist to drive high-quality lead generation and performance marketing for our digital initiatives. If you’re someone who lives inside Ads Manager and loves optimizing for ROI, this role is for you.

What you'll do

Run and optimize Meta Ads campaigns focused on lead generation
Build custom audiences, retargeting flows & conversion funnels
Collaborate on creatives and ad copy to boost performance
Track key metrics (CPL, CTR, CPA, ROAS) and optimize daily
Set up pixels, events, custom conversions & UTMs
Conduct A / B tests to refine audiences and creatives
Share clear weekly insights and performance reports

What you bring

2–5 years of hands-on Meta Ads experience

Strong understanding of tracking, analytics & event management

Proven success in scaling lead-gen campaigns

Data-driven mindset with strong reporting skills

Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Nice to have

Experience with Google Ads PPC

Knowledge of CRM integrations or automation tools
