Build and maintain customer relationships by providing excellent service and follow-ups. Address customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain and update the CRM system with relevant details for each interaction. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets as set by the management.Requirements : Education : Undergraduate (UG) degree. Experience : Freshers and experienced candidates are both encouraged to apply. Skills Required : Excellent verbal communication in (language(s) specific to the role). Strong persuasion skills and a positive attitude. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with CRM software is a plus. Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
