Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead end-to-end SAP data migration activities, including planning, tracking, consulting, and cutover execution.
  • Gather and validate migration requirements, define rules, and create mapping across modules like FI, MM, WM, IM, PP, NTP-PP, PM, and Procurement.
  • Design and coordinate migration strategies, manage dependencies, and provide release and deployment support.
  • Act as a primary client-facing consultant, ensuring alignment with business requirements and timelines.
  • Guide and mentor junior team members, promoting best practices and servant leadership.
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives including tool evaluation, automation opportunities, and process improvements for migration activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams to ensure quality and efficiency in project delivery.

Technical Skills : Mandatory :

  • Expertise in S / 4HANA Migration Cockpit with at least 2 successful rollout projects.
  • Strong ABAP programming skills, including debugging and performance optimization.
  • Deep knowledge of SAP business objects, dependencies, and solution design.
  • Proficiency in SAP FI, MM, WM, IM, PP, NTP-PP, PM, and Procurement processes.
  • Experience with SAP Data Services or similar ETL tools.
  • Strong understanding of SAP S / 4HANA architecture and SAP migration best practices.

    • Preferred :

  • Exposure to SNP Crystal or other migration automation tools.
  • Experience with S / 4 Public Cloud migrations.
  • Familiarity with automation scripting or RPA for migration optimization.
  • Knowledge of Solution Manager and Change Management processes.

  • Ability to work effectively in global, cross-functional teams.
