Job Title : Tele Caller

Key Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database or leads.
- Explain products or services, answer questions, and address customer concerns.
- Generate sales or schedule appointments as needed.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, conversations, and customer information in the CRM system.
- Follow up with customers for feedback and support.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the team leader or manager.
- Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and build positive relationships with customers.
Requirements :
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus.Proven experience as a tele caller, telemarketer, or similar customer service role preferred.Excellent verbal communication skills in [languages as required].Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.Strong listening skills and attention to detail.Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM software is an advantage.Skills Required
