Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and support the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP SuccessFactors Workforce Planning and Workforce Analytics modules
- Gather business requirements and design scalable solutions for strategic workforce planning and headcount forecasting
- Develop, enhance, and maintain BIRT reports tailored to client-specific KPIs and business metrics
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver dashboards, analytics, and reports aligned with organizational objectives
- Work with SAP Metadata Framework (MDF), Report Center, and calculated columns in WFA
- Conduct system testing, support user training, and provide post-implementation support
- Assist with data modeling, data mapping, and integration of WFA with other SuccessFactors modules and external systems
Required Skills :
Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors, including at least 2–3 years in WFP and WFAStrong proficiency in BIRT (Business Intelligence and Reporting Tool) for developing custom reportsIn-depth understanding of data models, calculated columns, and metrics packs in Workforce AnalyticsExperience integrating WFA with core HR systems and external data sourcesFamiliarity with MDF (Metadata Framework), Role-Based Permissions (RBP), and Report CenterExcellent communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders effectivelyPreferred Skills :
Experience with other SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central (EC), Learning Management System (LMS), and Performance & Goals (PMGM)Familiarity with Advanced Reporting, Canvas Reports, and Online Report Designer (ORD)SAP SuccessFactors WFA / WFP certificationKnowledge of predictive analytics or visualization tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) or Power BIEducational Qualifications :
