ServiceNow SecOps Senior Developer - India

Location : India / Remote

Experience : 7–10 years overall (2–4 years specific to SecOps)

Duration : 6 months

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow SecOps Developer to design, implement, and optimize cutting-edge security solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise across ServiceNow products, a solid understanding of cybersecurity principles, and the ability to drive integration and automation across multiple security tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Platform Development & Implementation : Design, develop, and implement solutions using ServiceNow SecOps modules, including Security Incident Response (SIR) and Vulnerability Response (VR) .
  • Workflow Automation : Automate security incident response and vulnerability management workflows to enhance speed and efficiency.
  • Tool Integration : Integrate ServiceNow SecOps with third-party security tools
  • Requirements Gathering : Collaborate with IT and security teams to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into robust technical solutions.
  • Customization & Configuration : Configure and customize applications, services, forms, and scripts within ServiceNow to meet specific security operational needs.
  • Monitoring & Reporting : Develop and manage dashboards for real-time security monitoring and generate actionable reports.
  • Troubleshooting : Diagnose and resolve technical issues within SecOps modules and related workflows.
  • Process Improvement : Identify and implement opportunities to improve and optimize existing security operations processes.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • ServiceNow Expertise : 7–10 years’ experience with ServiceNow administration, implementation, and configuration across multiple modules.
  • 2–4 years’ hands-on experience specifically with ServiceNow SecOps .
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, frameworks, and best practices.
  • Technical Skills : Proficiency in scripting, coding, and configuration within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Integration Experience : Skilled in integrating ServiceNow with other security and IT tools.
  • Analytical Thinking : Ability to translate complex business needs into effective technical solutions.
