Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Netcool Developer with a strong background in the IBM Netcool Application Suite. The ideal candidate will have hands on experience in developing and supporting Netcool solutions, with a focus on integration and architecture. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support IBM Netcool applications, including Omnibus, Impact, and WebGUI.
• Participate in data migration and Netcool upgrade projects.
• Design and implement Netcool architectures, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Integrate Netcool with third party OSS and BSS components, such as BMC Remedy, ServiceNow, and inventory systems.
• Utilize Netcool components for database integrations, operator views, and web services.
• Conduct unit testing and end to end integration testing of developed functionalities.
• Support deployment processes, including sanity testing and defect resolution.
• Proactively identify and resolve complex network management issues.
• Work independently on multiple tasks while demonstrating strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide updates on project status.
