Job Description :
The Capture Manager is a key position, with the primary goal of helping the organization grow by qualifying and capturing new business in both the public and private sectors.
Responsibilities :
You will perform all activities in the capture lifecycle to include developing teaming, pricing, and proposal strategies.
Scan and evaluate markets to identify potential opportunities.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to prepare for upcoming procurements.
Review and Qualify RFIs and RFPs and drive the proposal process.
Prepare written proposals by collaboratively developing concepts; gathering and formatting information through interview techniques, writing drafts; and final proposal submission.
Develop and maintain reference databases for technical, management, and past performance.
Developing compliant and compelling content leveraging industry knowledge.
Conduct after-action reviews for all contracts and document lessons learned.
Identifying the necessary adjustments to capture techniques, strategies, and actions based on lessons learned.
Experience :
Capture-related experience for Federal or State procurements.
Solid track record of winning staffing and SOW-based proposals in the Public Sector.
Demonstrated capability to write clear, logical, and persuasive documents.
Strong business acumen and analytical skills with an understanding of cost and financials.
Knowledge of GSA and other Federal Schedules.
Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g. English, Journalism, Communications).
Skills :

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to prioritize, lead, and manage multiple projects and tasks to successful completion.
