We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Admin Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our HR functions, contributing to a positive workplace environment, and ensuring compliance with HR policies.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain employee records and ensure that all documentation is up to date and accurate.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training coordination.
- Manage employee leave requests and maintain attendance records.
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and help resolve employee queries.
- Prepare HR reports and presentations for management as needed.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.1-4 years of experience in HR administration or a related field.Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations in India.Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.Skills Required
