Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and Triggers.
- Collaborate with Agile squads to deliver features and enhancements across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Participate in requirement analysis, technical design, unit testing, and deployment activities.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST / SOAP APIs, platform events, and middleware tools like MuleSoft.
- Support DevOps practices including CI / CD pipelines, version control (Git), and deployment tools (e.g., Azure DevOps).
- Assist in platform monitoring, incident resolution, and performance tuning.
- Ensure adherence to security, data modeling, and governance standards.
- Document technical solutions and provide post-deployment support.
Required Skills & Experience :
6–7 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and administration.Strong command of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and integration patterns.Experience in end-to-end Salesforce implementations.Familiarity with multi-org environments and org strategy.Exposure to DevOps, CI / CD, and Agile delivery models.Good understanding of Salesforce architecture, security design, and performance optimization.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Preferred Qualifications :
Salesforce Platform Developer I / II certification.Experience in financial services, especially pensions or wealth management.Familiarity with Salesforce Application / System Architect certifications
