Now Hiring : Marketing Servicing Manager (Mechanical / Electrical Products) – Delhi NCR

Are you a seasoned marketing professional with deep roots in B2B industrial solutions ? Do you have hands-on experience in Switchgear, Transformers, or Electrical Components and a flair for managing high-performing teams?

We are looking for a Marketing Servicing Manager (MSM) to join a reputed and growth-focused industrial group operating in the Electrical & Power Systems domain . This is a permanent leadership opportunity with strong internal growth prospects and a pan-India customer base including EPC contractors, government utilities, and industrial clients .

Role Overview

  • Title : Marketing Servicing Manager
  • Location : Delhi NCR
  • Experience : 10–14 years in Marketing / Servicing / Business Development roles
  • Education : Degree / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • CTC : Up to 12 LPA
  • Reporting To : Divisional Manager
  • Team Handling : Yes
  • Travel : Willingness to travel across India

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a cross-functional marketing service team
  • Drive business growth targets through strategic marketing and service execution
  • Conduct technical presentations to utilities and industrial clients
  • Analyze customer feedback and implement corrective actions to enhance satisfaction
  • Monitor and achieve budget targets
  • Mentor team members for lateral and vertical growth
  • Stay updated with industry trends in asset maintenance and predictive servicing
  • Collaborate with product teams for market alignment

    • Preferred Industry & Product Experience

  • Switchgear, High Voltage Equipment, FRCS, Transformers, EPC Projects
  • Familiarity with products from industry peers like : Voltamp, Schneider, Raychem, Kirloskar Electric, Bharat Bijlee, TBEA, etc.
