Experience : 5 years to 8 years Requirement : 1 Location : Delhi NCR Industry : IT Services, CRM, Cloud, Mobile & Web Development Employment Type : Full-time Key Responsibilities : Develop and execute sales strategies to expand Cynoteck’s footprint in India Own the full sales cycle : lead generation, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and closure Represent Cynoteck’s offerings (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Azure, mobile / web development) to enterprise clients Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, and delivery teams to craft compelling solutions and proposals Monitor pipeline health and forecast revenue using CRM tools and analytics Build strategic relationships with key accounts and channel partners Participate in industry events, webinars, and forums to enhance brand visibility and generate leads Required Skills & Qualifications : 5+ years of experience in IT services or SaaS sales Proven ability to lead sales teams and deliver consistent revenue growth Deep understanding of CRM, cloud platforms, and custom development services Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills Proficiency in CRM systems and sales automation tools Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to dynamic market conditions
