Job Description
We are seeking an accomplished and dynamic AVP Sales specializing in Insurance and Mutual Funds within the wealth management space. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and building strong relationships with financial partners and clients. As an integral part of our senior leadership team, you will strategize and execute sales initiatives, spearhead product distribution, and oversee a high-performing sales team to achieve business objectives.
Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for PMS & Corporative Banks that aligns with overall wealth business objectives.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to adjust strategies and identify new opportunities.
Monitor individual and team performance, providing coaching and guidance to optimize productivity and achieve targets.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the sales team.
Relationship Building & Business Development
Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders including financial advisors, broker networks, and institutional partners.
Engage in regular business development activities to expand the sales pipeline and increase market penetration for insurance and mutual fund products.
Work closely with internal teams such as product, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless integration of new initiatives and refinement of existing offerings.
Client Engagement & Sales Support
Oversee client engagement efforts, ensuring exceptional customer service and effective communication throughout the sales cycle.
Collaborate with relationship managers to tailor product offerings to meet the evolving needs of high-net-worth clients.
Represent the organization at industry events, seminars, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and network with potential partners.
Reporting & Compliance
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and strategic updates for senior leadership.
Ensure all sales activities comply with relevant regulations, internal policies, and industry best practices.
Implement tools and technologies to efficiently track, manage, and analyze sales metrics.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering or related technical field Experience working on Start-up Product(B2B,B2C,Saas Space) Experience managing projects across cross-functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules 3-5 years of experience with any of these skills ( Developer,QA, Product or any technical stream of SDLC) Experience in managing projects using project management software such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
