We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Insurance Operations Associate to support policy administration processes across various lines of businesses. • Assist in processing policy lifecycle activities such as endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and quotes
• Perform accurate data entry and validation to maintain high standards of data integrity
• Coordinate with underwriters and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate task execution
• Maintain records of policy transactions and communications for audit readiness
• Support process documentation and reporting activities as needed
• Adhere to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and service-level expectations
